Shipping settings

There are some global shipping settings that you can make.

1. From the administration menu, click Settings > Shipping.
2. Apply the prices you want according to your business needs.
3. Click Save.

Settings explanation

Free shipping starts at (€):
Pretty self-explanatory, it defines above what amount, in the total cart, shipping will be free. Set to zero to disable.

Show shipping method when there is no matching rule:
When this setting is set to "No", in the case where there is no rule for a weight range (e.g. from 5kg to 10kg), then the carrier will not be displayed at checkout, when the total weight of the products in the cart is between this range. If you set it to "Yes", the carrier will be displayed at checkout, even if there is no matching rule, in which case the platform will select the closest rule with the highest price.

Default method:
In order for the cart total to be calculated correctly before the customer places an order, there must be a predefined shipping method. You can set the method with the lowest price, the method with the highest price, or one of the methods you have entered in your store.
